Who we are
Flint & Beech (Flint & Beech Ltd, registered in England and Wales) is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@flintbeech.com.
What we collect
When you enquire by form, phone, WhatsApp or the visualiser we collect your name, contact details, postcode, details of your project, and any photos you send. Calls to our phone line are answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded and transcribed so we can pass your details to Alex.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit and, if you go ahead, deliver your project (legitimate interests and steps before a contract). We only send marketing emails if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the business: website hosting (Vercel), our database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), our phone line provider our telephony provider and WhatsApp (Meta). We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not go ahead: 12 months. Visualiser photos: 30 days. Client records: as long as needed for guarantees and legal obligations, typically six years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. We use Plausible, which measures visits without cookies or personal data, so there is no cookie banner. If we add anything that sets cookies, we will ask first.
