Our founder, Alex Falkowski, comes to you, looks at the site with you and talks through what is possible. There is no charge for the first visit.
The first visit
An hour on site, with you.
We look at the levels, the soil, the light and how the house opens onto the garden. You tell us how you want to use it, what you like and what you don't. By the end you'll have a sense of what's possible, roughly what it might cost, and whether we're the right people for it.

Design work
Concept
A measured survey, concept visuals of your own garden and an outline plan with a budget range.
Full design
Detailed layout, planting plan, construction drawings and a full specification, ready to price exactly.
Credited when you build
Design work is quoted after the visit and agreed before it starts. If you go ahead with the build, the design fee is credited against it.
